Payment, Cancellation & Service Policy

PAYMENT & CANCELLATION POLICY

A 50% deposit of the total balance is required at least one week prior to your scheduled event date to confirm your reservation.


Cancellations must be made no later than 48 hours before the event date. Cancellations made after this period may result in forfeiture of the deposit.


We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we prepare to create a magical and memorable experience for you and your guests.

ITEM INSPECTION POLICY

All rental items will be carefully inspected in person at the time of delivery to ensure they are clean, undamaged, and in perfect condition.


A second inspection will be conducted at the time of pickup the following day (9:00 AM, Monday–Sunday) to verify that all items are returned in the same condition.


All teacups must be washed and ready for pickup. No time for washing. Its ok. Our washing fee is $100. Thank you for helping us maintain the quality and magic of every Enchanted Teacup experience.
